That is also precisely why our end-of-the-year banquet was so bittersweet. It was so much fun - 80 of us were on a boat and we spent 4 hours around the San Francisco Bay - talking, laughing, eating, taking pictures, and dancing. It was definitely one of the most memorable experiences of this year, but at the same time, it was a reminder that the year is ending soon and we are about to be disbanded. It was a celebration - of the year, of us, of everything we have ahead of us.
Everybody looked so gorgeous all gussied up in their Sunday best!
Awkward moment when our boat is actually the smaller one in the back...
It was such a breathtakingly beautiful day! Blue skies, bright sun, slightly chilly breeze...
Lots of picture-taking going on with all the beautiful landscapes around us!
One of my favorite memories of the night: during the Superlatives/Slideshow presentations, every time I looked over at Emily, she had her scarf fashioned in a different way on her head. For Superlatives, we were gifted Serra scarves and shot glasses... So cute!
Food!
The sky was so pretty!
We love our RA Annika! She's been the most perfect friend and RA in the world...
Of course we would bring sweats to a formal party...
Somebody's a little sleepy...
Titanic-style!
